Innovations Team

It is operating since 2016 and it consists of representatives of various organizational units of the Company. Its main objective is to create innovative products and bring them to market. Individuals responsible for all stages of the implementation process of products are involved in the work of the team. It makes the process easier and shorter, and the implementation of new ideas – much faster.

We base on the Design Thinking method. It is a multi-step process, which results in the implementation of solutions based on a deep understanding of the problems and needs of users. We develop and test prototypes that allow us to quickly get feedback from the customer and fine-tune our ideas. We conduct internal and external product analysis.
