Management Boards of the merging companies: "SOKOŁÓW" Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Sokołów Podlaski (as the Merging Company) and Gzella Osie Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Osie (as the Merged Company), pursuant to Article 500 § 2.1 in relation to Article 516 § 6 of the Commercial Companies Code, stating that the information on merger of companies is subject to being made publicly available free of charge on the websites of the merging companies no later than one month before the date of filing the application for registration of the merger, make the Merger Plan agreed on 25 November 2019 in Sokołów Podlaski publicly available free of charge.
