Traditionally Smoked Ham, Pork Loin, Bacon and Sausage for Cooking are the latest Sokołów Group products. Just 1.5 hours of cooking is enough to enjoy the home-made taste of top quality products.
Sokołów meets consumer expectations by offering brand new products that are easy to prepare at home. Traditionally Smoked Ham, Pork Loin, Bacon and Sausage for Cooking have been priorly smoked using the traditional beech-alder smoke method. The new Sokołow products are characterized by their meatiness of more than 95% and the lack of monosodium glutamate and phosphates.
“What distinguishes our new products is the traditional way of smoking, simple composition and their ease of preparation. It is worth noting that Sokołów is one of the few manufacturers that has a traditional smoking chamber, thanks to which our products have a unique taste and flavour. The method of preparation is very simple. Just put the product into a boiling water and cook for 1.5 hours. During this time, you can prepare your favourite additions. New products are characterized by their versatility. Traditionally Smoked Ham, Pork Loin, Bacon and Sausage will be perfect as Christmas dishes served with cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes. They will look great on the table during a family lunch or as a cold addition to sandwiches.
