Sokołów wins the “2017 FMCG Market Pearls” awards

On 6 June 2017, the Warsaw Sobańskich Palace became the venue for the glamorous “2017 FMCG Market Pearls” award gala. A total of 5 Sokołów products have been recognized in the “Kabanos Sausages and Meat Snacks” and “Cold Cuts” categories.

The “2017 FMCG Market Pearls” was the 11th edition of the survey aimed at choosing the new products which have met with the best reception of the FMCG market. The winner is picked by a jury composed of representatives of retail, wholesale, and distribution companies. 54 products in 18 categories have been awarded the tile of the “FMCG Market Pearl” this year. 

The jury analysed not only the quality, the taste, and uniqueness of the products, but also their rotation, sales margin, and a wide marketing support. Following a personal assessment of the products submitted to the “Cold Cuts” category, a decision was made to award the gold medal to 3 Sokołów products from the Naturrino line: Baked Chicken, Smoked Ham, and Smoked Loin. The products marked with the green NATURRINO leaf are inspired by nature. They are characterised by a delicate taste highlighted by only natural spices and contain no preservatives, phosphates, or monosodium glutamate. Sokołów received one more accolade in this category with the bronze medal going to the Nadbużańska Ham.

Also the “Kabanos Sausages and Meat Snacks” category wouldn’t be complete without Sokołów products. Silver medal went to Kabanosy Sokołów — a new line consisting of kabanos sausages with cheese, chilli, or lemon pepper. The awards were received by Mieczysław Walkowiak — Vice President of the Management Board, Trade and Marketing.

Sokołów’s products are regular winners of awards in the most prestigious competitions in the country. A wide range of products and the attention given to their quality and taste, makes Sokołów a producer whose creations can compete for top prizes in almost any meat-related category.
