Sokołów launches a new website for fans of salami

The best raw materials, high meat content, sufficiently long maturation process and 25 years of experience producing one-of-a-kind salamis — to celebrate the jubilee, Sokołów has launched a new website at www.salami.pl, dedicated to the fans of this meat category.

Salami originates from the Mediterranean region, where the dry and warm climate created perfect conditions for slow maturation and drying of meat. Now, it is being produced in many countries. In Poland, the Sokołów S.A.’s Dębica branch is, and was for the last 25 years, the biggest salami maker.

Due to the growing interest in salami-based products, Sokołów decided to launch a special website at www.salami.pl. It features a wide offer of products and interesting culinary inspirations.

– Our new site is not only a product database, but also a compendium of knowledge necessary to every salami fan. It’s important to educate consumers that a good product must be prepared from the right ingredients and by people, who know exactly what they are doing – says Marcin Bałanda, Sokołów S.A. PR and Communications Director.

The Sokołów S.A.'s Dębica branch is Poland’s largest and oldest salami producer. It’s the only facility in the country with its own maturation room, where products with natural mould are made.

– We are constantly trying to expand our offer to reach as many consumers as possible. In addition to the traditional salami, we also have a range of new products for individual and HoReCa customers, including gluten-free. We want to show the Polish people that the only limit to using Sokołów products is imagination. That's why we welcome everybody to our new website, full of culinary inspirations, prepared and explained step-by-step by our chef – adds Marcin Bałanda.
