Sokołów introduces hummuses to the market

Meeting the latest nutritional trends and expectations of customers who value diverse and balanced diet, Sokołów expands its offer, adding new products to its “Z Gruntu Dobre” vegetable product line. Now, the customers can but three totally new products: classic Hummus Premium, Hummus Premium with dried tomatoes and Hummus Premium with nigella.

Hummus is a paste made from chickpeas and traditional sesame paste – tahini. This Mediterranean product quickly became a recognizable delicacy. The nutritious snack is ideal with vegetables and fresh bread. Sokołów presents three flavours – classic Hummus Premium, Hummus Premium with dried tomatoes and Hummus Premium with nigella.

Sokołów hummuses contain no isolates, protein concentrates, gluten or any other additives. They are produced using only natural spices, like cumin, garlic and onion. With their high chickpeas content, they are a natural source of protein. Hummuses are characterised by their handy packaging (120g), which ensures freshness and provides opportunity to take the products on any trip, big or small. It is a great opportunity to taste unprecedented flavours related to Middle Eastern culture. We encourage you to try pastes in combination with carrot, celery, cucumber or pepper, but also on a sandwich or as an addition to tortilla.

New hummus range is an expansion of the “Z Gruntu Dobre” vegetable product line, which consists of: white beans paste, courgette paste with dried tomatoes, vegetable chickpeas paste, vegetable pate, and lentil pate with cranberries. All products are created following the highest quality and safety standards and are labelled with the so called “clean label”, meaning that they contain only natural ingredients. 

The “Z Gruntu Dobre” hummuses can be bought in the Delikatesy Sokołów chain stores. Selling the products through other chains is also planned.
