L’Art De La Cuisine Martell 2017
Best of the best chefs, crowds of guests, inspiring dishes, and unique atmosphere — such was the 15th edition of the L’Art De La Cuisine Martell 2017 culinary contest. Sokołów S.A. was the main Partner of the event for the 3rd time.
The 15th anniversary edition of the prestigious L’Art De La Cuisine Martell 2017 culinary contest is behind us. As every year, the lovers of good cuisine, both professional and amateur, had virtually besieged the Ryn castle where many attractions prepared by Sokołów S.A. awaited them. 16 double teams comprising chefs from the best Polish restaurants qualified for the finals.
This year’s edition has been won by:
- Peter Bartosz, Rafał Kudliński – Copernicus Toruń Hotel
- Jarosław Owczarczyk, Łukasz Andruszkiewicz – Strefa Restauracja & Bar, Warsaw
- Dominik Drąg, Rafał Stegnicki – Natura Mazur Hotel & Spa Warchały, Jedwabno
The Connoisseur Jury award went to Rafał Koziorzemski and Oskar Nowicki – Restauracja Biały Królik, Gdynia
The Audience Award went to Dominik Drąg and Rafał Stegnicki – Natura Mazur Hotel & Spa Warchały, Jedwabno. The dishes were judged by three jury teams.
Sokołów S.A. prepared attractive prizes for the winners, but the Company has actively participated in the whole event. During the Finals, Sokołów led workshops on beef and venison. The Sokołów Chef — Dominik Moskalenko, was speaking about how to use different beef cuts and revealed how a perfect steak should look like. Then came the time for cooking together. Every participant could try their hand at frying an entrecote steak or deer sirloin under the watchful eye of Dominik.
As every year, not a single guest left the event hungry. At the Sokołów stand, there was an unceasing demonstration — and degustation — of the company products. When the workshops ended, Dominik Moskalenko began his culinary show, serving guests a perfect steak with topinambour purée and demi-glace sauce.
L’Art De La Cuisine Martell is one of the most prestigious culinary contests in Poland and it can boast an unfaltering popularity among the crowds and professionals alike. Each year, the Ryn castle is visited by scores of visitors who are hungry for culinary rivalry. This year’s participants rose to the occasion and prepared meals at the highest world level.
