Italian flavour under the auspices of Sokołów

On 23 February 2019, the Arte Culinaria Italiana culinary competition was held in Augustów. Is the brainchild of renowned chef Giancarlo Russo – the authority on the Italian cuisine in Poland. 12 professional teams competed for the title of the best. The participants were tasked with, among other things, preparing dishes from seasoned roast beef provided by Sokołów.

The cooks had to prepare two dishes: one based on pasta and the other on Uczta Qulinarna dry-seasoned roast beef. Creativity, speed, and the way of serving the dishes counted the most.

The team representing the Red Ed restaurant in Warsaw proved to be the best. The winning dishes included spaghetti alla chitarra con cozze and the roast beef with courgette tagliatelle with lobster cracklings on tomato-balsamic collie. Congratulations!

The winners received attractive prizes donated by Sokołów. Anyone who appeared at the event could taste delicious snacks at the company stand.
