Healthy, traditional cold cuts and correct balancing of everyday diet

Another culinary workshop was devoted to the correct way of creating a daily menu. The participants — journalists and food bloggers — could find out that although the rules of proper balancing of the diet are well known, the mistakes are all too common. Workshop guests could also learn about the whole Sokołow Naturrino production chain.

The mission of the Sokołów experts is to spread knowledge about healthy diet, compatible with the latest culinary trends. Professionals that cooperate with the Sokołów stress that proper nutrition has a beneficial effect on health and well-being, significantly raising the overall quality of life.

This message was also the foundation for the next Sokołów workshop. During the first part of the meeting, Antoni Gibłowicz — a veterinarian and Sokołów S.A. Management Board Quality Management System Proxy — was speaking about what distinguishes products from the Sokołów Naturrino line. This nature-inspired product line comprises products characterised by a delicate taste of meat, highlighted only with natural spices (without preservatives, monosodium glutamate or phosphates). Antoni Giblewicz presented all the links in the Naturrino chain of production — beginning with acquisition of raw material from the Polish breeders cooperating with Sokołów within the framework of the “Together into the Future” programme, through strict norms and standards at every stage of production, to the final product. He has also answered numerous questions about preservatives, busting many myths associated with their use. The guests of the workshops had a chance to try all Sokołów Naturrino products.

The rules of a proper balancing of the diet were presented by Agnieszka Piskała — dietician and Sokołów nutrition expert. Basing on the Journals filled earlier by some of the workshop participants, she pinpointed the involuntary dietary mistakes and discussed the basic rules of a balanced diet. Each participant of the workshops had a chance to have their body composition analysed and received the Journal to fill every day, later to be consulted with Agnieszka Piskała. 

During the practical part of the workshop led by Sokołów chef Dominik Moskalenko, the guests could learn that balanced diet is not just about sacrifices and restrictions. On the contrary, by using high-quality products like Sokołów Naturrino, it’s easy to prepare tasty, healthy and wholesome dishes.  Working with Dominik Moskalenko, workshop participants have prepared dishes from 2 balanced daily menus. During the shared meal, there was time to talk to the Sokołów experts.
