Gluten-free Sokołów products

Thinking of gluten-intolerant people and those suffering from coeliac disease, the Sokołów S.A. company has introduced line of gluten-free products. The gluten-free line features Beef and Pork Chips, Beef Jerky, Smoked and Mould Snacks, Polish Sausage, Deli Gold Salami and other products clearly labelled with a “gluten-free” mark. The product line will be gradually expanded.

Research shows that approx. 1% of population suffers from coeliac disease, while as much as 10% of population can be gluten-intolerant, which is one of the most common food allergies. People gluten-intolerant and those suffering from coeliac disease must follow a strict diet based on elimination of all ingredients containing the harmful protein.

Sokołów especially cares for people with specific dietary requirements. To meet the needs of consumers who must eliminate gluten from their menus, we have decided to introduce products allowing them to compose a balanced daily diet easily and conveniently.

Gluten-free products are produced in one of 7 Sokołów S.A. production facilities. Thanks to a careful process of selection of suppliers, the company can guarantee that all spices and food additives used in production contain no gluten. What’s most important, the elimination of gluten has not compromised the taste or high quality of the products in any way.
