Garden party in good taste - Sokołów culinary workshops

In its activities, the Sokołów emphasizes that food should not only serve as means of satisfying hunger, but also as a source of satisfaction. The latest workshops took place in a casual garden party atmosphere. Apart from barbecuing and preparing side-dishes, the participants could also obtain information about the importance of quality and good origin of meat, about choosing proper wine to a meal, and modern, high-quality barbecues.

The unique atmosphere of the Manor in Wola Suchożebrska, is a perfect venue for meetings that provide a moment of relaxation in the daily rush. Preparing meals together and slow eating, allow to discover the richness of tastes anew.

The workshops for bloggers and the “Kukbuk” magazine editors took place in a park surrounding the palace. Led by the Sokołów chef Dominik Moskalenko, the guests have been preparing barbecued meats and easy, yet ingenious additions: vegetables, salads, salsas, and sauces. 

The Sokołów S.A. Deputy Head of the Purchase Department Barbara Tomczuk told them about the importance of quality, safety and the origin of meat. The Sokołów company, working together with the Polish farmers under the innovative Together into the Future programme, has a full control at every stage of raw material production. This guarantees that the meat that enters the Sokołów facilities is safe and of the highest quality.

General rules of combining wine with food were presented by a sommelier from the Czerwona Oliwka company, while the latest innovations in barbecue technology, as well a guide on how to choose a barbecue that will suit its user’s specific needs, were presented by a representative of the Top Grille shop, the main partner of the Weber brand.
