Due to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation) entering into force on 25 May 2018, we would like to inform, that your personal data are administered by SOKOŁÓW S.A. with its registered office located in Sokołów Podlaski, (address: 08-300 Sokołów Podlaski, Al. 550 – lecia 1, e-mail: odo@sokolow.pl).

SOKOŁÓW S.A. conducts video surveillance in certain locations, such as our production facilities and retail outlets.

SOKOŁÓW S.A. has put in place boards informing about the surveillance equipment.

We process your personal data under article 6 paragraph 1 point f of the GDPR, i.e. necessity of processing for the purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by Sokołów S.A., in particular in order to prevent crime and to ensure the safety of employees and contractors.

The recordings will be made available and viewed only in case of suspected crime and/or offence, violation of internal guidelines or audit, as well as to clarify security issues.

The recordings may be transferred to the police in case of a crime, or if such disclosure is required by law.

We share your personal information with entities belonging to our Capital Group and our personal and property protection service providers.

The recordings are deleted not later than 90 days from the recording date, except when there's a legally justified need for longer storage.

You have the right to access your data, to be informed about being subject of video surveillance and to protect your image from dissemination, as well as to demand deletion of the data, unless otherwise provided by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
