Sokołów S.A. won an honourable mention at the EB Kreator competition
The Sokołów S.A. Company has won an honourable mention at the biggest, most prestigious employer branding competition. The jury has recognised the “Career” section of the company’s new website www.sokolow.pl.
The EB Kreator is a competition addressed to employees, aimed at promoting the achievements and good practices in creating employer brand. This year was the third edition, and it saw a record number of over 160 applications submitted by 100 companies.
Sokołów S.A. has won an honourable mention in the “Career Section” category, finding itself among the top 7 companies chosen from the submitted applications. Jury recognised the “Working with Taste” tab on our new website www.sokolow.pl, highlighting, among others, the clear description of the recruitment process, the use of pictographs instead of text, introducing tools facilitating navigation, and showing people at work (behind the desk, at the production facility, at the shop). While working on our new website www.sokolow.pl we have prioritised not just a clearer content layout and navigation, but also authenticity – says Aleksandra Chalimoniuk, Sokołów S.A. PR and Communication Director.
In the “Working with Taste” section we are showing our employees in their everyday working environments. The honourable mention at the EB Kreator contest makes us happy, because the new website was a project realised as a joint undertaking, engaging many departments and employees of our company – adds Sylwia Miszczuk, Sokołów S.A. HR Director.
The contest jury has also recognised the brand's active presence in social media, including LinkedIn and Golden Line. For us, they are incredibly important channels of communication with our current and potential employees. That's why we are putting much effort into our active presence there – stresses Sylwia Miszczuk. – Last year we have achieved the highest growth among all Golden Line profiles. The plan for 2017 is to continue growing our company profiles.
