Sokołów S.A. — new proposals for the HORECA industry

Sokołów S.A. meets the needs of the HORECA sector. The latest product proposals are venison and poultry.

We are constantly developing our offer aimed at the HORECA industry – says Mieczysław Walkowiak, Vice President of the Management Board, Trade and Marketing. – We are improving it and introducing new products to meet the expectations of the restaurant business. Its the chefs who are telling us what changes must we implement to make our offer fit their needs even better.

Basing on their input, Sokołów S.A. has introduced a new range of venison and poultry products. They are extremely valuable in terms of nutrition, because they contain fewer calories and fats (unsaturated and polyunsaturated) and a large amount of easily digestible protein, precious vitamins and minerals. The chefs are looking for reliable and verified suppliers.

The new offer includes a wide variety of venison: Deer, wild boar, hart and soon also partridge, pheasant, or quail – adds Mieczysław Walkowiak.  Frozen venison products are available at some Distribution Centres in Poland. During the second stage, we will ensure the availability of these products throughout Poland. Venison can also be purchased in our stores, and eventually we want to make it available in each of our Sokołów Meat Delis.

Sokołów S.A. conducts also other activities aimed at improving our cooperation with the HORECA industry, by adjusting the distribution to the needs of the consumer. The Company also organises promotional events and culinary demonstrations, during which, the Sokołów S.A. Culinary Advisor Dominik Moskalenko grants expert information about each product, its advantages and ways of preparation.
