Once again, Sokołów wins the title of the Reliable Employer of the Year

The Sokołów company has received the prestigious title of the Reliable Employer of the Year for the second time. The aim of this program is to identify the best employers in Poland - especially those who promote interesting, innovative solutions in HR. The award is a confirmation of the transparency and reliability of the company's operation.

To win the title of the Reliable Employer of the Year, a company must meet a series of standardized criteria. The basic, essential requirements include social conditions, compliance with labour law and occupational safety standards and timeliness of payments. Particularly important is also the policy of employees’ developments – career path, training, assistance in acquiring further skills and motivation system.

Apart from that, the Competition Jury evaluates candidates, considering, i.a. employment dynamics in recent years, but also the social responsibility of the company. The verification of the applicants involves an important step of gathering opinions about them - both internal and from external sources (such as Labour Offices, the National Labour Inspectorate, local authorities).

Just like last year, Sokołów has confirmed its highest HR competence by winning the title of the Reliable Employer of the Year. "We accept once again this prestigious award with great satisfaction", says Sylwia Miszczuk, Sokołów S.A. HR Director.  “It is an important proof of the effectiveness of a systematic personnel policy that we’ve been conducting for years.
