Once again Sokołów wins Gold Medals of the Poznan International Fair

Gold medals of the POLAGRA FOOD 2017 are another prestigious accolade that the Company has received this year. The producer won as many as five prestigious Gold Medals of the Poznan International Fair. Jury appreciated two product lines: International Kabanos Sausages and Smoked Naturrino. Other innovative meat products, including snacks, have also been rewarded.

The food industry treats the POLAGRA FOOD 2017 food as a harbinger of consumer trends, a comprehensive overview of offers, and a way to promote Polish economy. The experts have rewarded food products that were the most innovative and of superior quality. A wide range of products offered and the attention paid to their quality and taste makes Sokołów a producer whose creations can compete for top prizes in almost any meat-related category – says Mieczysław Walkowiak, Vice President of the Management Board, Trade and Marketing.

The awards went to the following Sokołów products:

  1. The International Kabanos Sausages product line, comprising: French Kabanos Sausages, Italian Kabanos Sausages, American Kabanos Sausages, Hungarian Kabanos Sausages, Turkish Kabanos Sausages, Argentinian Kabanos Sausages, and Polish Kabanos Sausages. To satisfy the most demanding consumers, they are produced without the use of phosphates and artificial colourings.
  2. The Smoked Naturrino product line, i.e. Naturrino Smoked Ham, Naturrino Smoked Loin, and Naturrino Smoked Bacon. The products marked with the green NATURRINO leaf were inspired by nature. They are characterised by a delicate taste highlighted by only natural spices and contain no preservatives, phosphates, or monosodium glutamate.
  3. Pork knuckle with skin, boiled – tender and juicy, but most of all delicate in taste.
  4. Sokołów breast meat from the Premium Poultry product line, prepared from the highest quality chicken meat, very rich in protein. Thanks to natural spices, it distinguishes itself with a delicate taste and mild aroma.
  5. Beef jerky – meat snack made from specially selected beef. Due to its high protein and low fat content it is recommended for people leading active lives. 

For years, Sokołów products have been enjoying recognition and trust of consumers, winning awards at the most prestigious competitions in Poland.
