Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Try Fine Food emblems

Nine Sokołów products have won a prestigious Try Fine Food emblem, awarded by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development to products of the highest, consistent quality and excellent taste.  The accolade was received by Mieczysław Walkowiak, Sokołów S.A. Vice-President of the Management, Board — Sales and Marketing. The Try Fine Food titles were awarded during the International Trade Fair for Food Polagra Food.

The Try Fine Food programme has been implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in 2004 and is aimed at informing consumers about the high quality food products. The emblems are awarded only to products that meet the criteria developed by the Scientific Collegium consisting of prominent experts on nutrition, agriculture, food processing, health, and law. The Try Fine Food emblem has gained recognition and became a valuable clue for consumers, helping them in making informed choices.

Nine Sokołów products have joined the group honoured with the Try Fine Foods emblem: Six Naturrino products (baked bacon, necówka, headcheese, sausage, baked ham, baked loin), raw smoked bacon, Ham from the Smokery, and Loin from the Smokery. In total there are 16 Sokołów products bearing the Try Fine Food emblem.

The high and consistent quality of Sokołów products is owned to using only the tried and tested raw material, acquired in large part within the scope of the “Together into the Future” programme of cooperation with Polish breeders. The ability to control every stage of production and an exceptional care in meeting the safety requirements are a guarantee of the highest quality of meat coming from the Sokołów S.A. production plants.
