The “Graduate Programme” – Sokołów in search for leaders

Sokołów S.A. begins recruitment of candidates for the international “Graduate Programme” project. It is aimed at graduates of courses on food technology specialising in meat and meat processing, human nutrition technology and animal husbandry. Those who qualify for the programme will undergo a 2-years-long internship that will guarantee a position of a manager in one of the branches of the Group.

Applications to the international “Graduate Programme” project run by the Sokołów S.A. Group are now accepted. Every interested person can submit her/his CV until 28 February 2018 through the website https://sokolow.pl/praca/graduate-programme.

The company is looking for graduates of courses on food technology specialising in meat and meat processing, human nutrition technology and animal husbandry who are ambitious and focused on self-development. The participants who qualify will undergo three internships lasting 6 to 8 months in various branches of the Group. Two years of intensive education will provide a solid business expertise and a thorough knowledge of the organisation. The internships, which will also take place abroad, will guarantee not just professional development, but a personal one too.

The company will provide financial support throughout the programme. For the people successfully finishing the whole process managerial positions at Sokołów S.A. production facilities will be waiting.
